Our Services Include:

Prepping For An Audio Session
	Always include all available channels of audio!
	You may desire to mute one track or the other for your rough cut presentation, But DO NOT delete them from your sequence!
	If it was shot with a Lav & a Boom then include both!
	Please let us decide if that material is needed or not!
	All audio files should be at the same sample rate to insure accurate playback
	Replace any lo res MP3’s in the edit, such as temp music, with full res AIFF or WAV versions
	If you’ve rendered any audio effects (such as EQ for a phone voice) also include the original audio source on a muted track.
	Whenever possible, include all available Room Tone after the sequence
What We Need From You and What We'll Give Back to You
1.	An AAF or OMF (Type 2) export from the edit sequence Embedded media, with 90 frame (or more) handles Beginning at 59:58:00 WITH A 2POP
2.	A DV/NTSC Quicktime movie that matches the OMF framerate MUST match the start of the OMF at 59:58:00 EXACTLY With visual reference to the 2POP For longer programs (due to the size of the file) it may be desirable to create an H264 QT (which we can then convert to the DV format we require) Audio on the QTshould be the output of your edited sequence for reference.
3.	All projects are mixed using 48k/24bit/WAV files. What we will provide at the end of your session depends on your requirements. Generally we provide a stereo mix file suitable for video & duplication use, & a stereo mix file suited to WEB posting, along with stereo M&E, VOX, Music Only, SFX Only discrete stems. All files are 48k/24bit/WAV unless otherwise specified.
Terms & Conditions
	While we are happy to hold time on the schedule for your session, we do require at least 24 hours advance confirmation/cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to 1/2 day charge, regardless of the length of time scheduled. All Invoices are due upon receipt! Weekday bookings are at standard rate. Standard minimum is 1 hour. Saturday bookings are 1.5 times standard rate. Sunday bookings are 2 times standard rate. Weekend bookings are at our discretion. Weekends also require a half day minimum.
